It is an honor and a pleasure for us that you chose "Oliviera" for your private moments. We wish you to spend unforgettable moments full of sparkle and smiles. You will find below the house rules according to which we seek your own safety and the best possible stay and experience in “Oliviera”.

Pets

We know that trips with our little friends are unforgettable moments for all of us! Pets are allowed at “Oliviera” as there is a yard for them to run and play.

- Please keep your pet's food and water outside the house at all times and do not leave food in the bowl for a long time to avoid insects.

- Pets are not allowed to climb or sleep on the sofas or beds in the house.

- Please always pick up their droppings from around the house.

Events

"Oliviera" can host your private moments with your friends. If you wish to book or host an event here, it must be done exclusively and only after consultation with the hosts. Maximum number of guests at an event is fifty people (50).

Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes

Any kind of smoking or vaping is prohibited in all the internal spaces of "Oliviera".

Quiet hours

We respect our neighborhood and constantly observe common quiet hours. Common quiet times are as follows:

• During the summer season, April 1 to September 30, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

• During the winter season, October 1 to March 31, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Arrival and departure times

It is possible to enter the accommodation after 16:00 until 21:00 while the departure time is at 11:00 in the morning.

Maximum number of visitors

Maximum number of guests is six people. In case you wish more people to stay with you, please contact us.

Professional photography and videography

Professional photography and videography is permitted on Oliviera's premises provided that the location is clearly mentioned in any publication or post or any appropriate medium.
